Mike Crawford Today is day one. I am 234# and am ready to do something about it. Two changes: start running (or walking with Kim) TODAY and cut two big evils out of my diet - candy and soft drinks. No more candy and only tea and water. Don't know how long I can stick with it but I gotta start somewhere. I also think, since it is already on here to track, I may start doing the one mile run, one minute of situps and one minute of pushups once a week to track and see if I am doing better.
